Ordering Information

To order please send Jules an e-mail to jules@julesbeads.co.uk , or call (01458) 442630 between 9:30am and 2:30pm monday to friday.

Please list the item type, shape and colour (if applicable) and number required. Please also state your full name, delivery address and contact telephone number.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card. Do not send card details by e-mail. It is not secure. I will call you to take payment over the phone. Please note there is a minimum order of £10. Orders will be dispatched on receipt of payment.

Delivery cost depends on your delivery address and final weight of your order. For UK orders under £30 we use royal mail special delivery (signed for) which costs £0.66 on top of the first class postage charge. For orders over £30 we use RMS special delivery which is a guarenteed next day service with insurance just incase they lose the parcel! Cost starts at £3.85 and increases according to weight. An average parcel is about £4.50.

If when you receive your order if the packaging is either damaged or you believe it has been tampered with, do not sign for the delivery as this means I cannot claim for loss. If you accept a damaged parcel I cannot replace any of the contents free of charge.
